Job Responsibilities
As a Housekeeper, you will play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience through the following daily responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and courteously to guest and department service requests to ensure satisfaction
- Loading, organizing, and delivering housekeeping supplies to assigned floors and rooms efficiently
- Entering guest rooms following proper safety and privacy procedures, maintaining respect for guest property and space
- Replenishing in-room amenities, replacing used towels and linens, and ensuring items are fully stocked for the next guest
- Making beds with precision, sanitizing bathrooms thoroughly, and disposing of trash in accordance with hygiene standards
- Inspecting and ensuring all appliances (TVs, hairdryers, irons, etc.) are present, clean, and in working order
- Rearranging and positioning furniture as needed, dusting surfaces, wiping mirrors and fixtures, and vacuuming floors and carpets
- Maintaining the overall cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms, corridors, and housekeeping stations in alignment with Marriott’s brand standards and quality expectations

Job Requirements
Education: No high school diploma or GED required. Marriott believes that dedication, reliability and a strong work ethic are just as important as formal education.
Experience: No hotel or housekeeping experience required - Marriott provides comprehensive on-the-job training to help you succeed from day one.
Managerial Experience: No experience required. This is an entry-level position with a clear advancement path to supervisory and management positions.
Licenses/Certifications: No application is required. All you need is a valid ID and a willingness to learn to get started.

Compensation & Benefits
